Joint by joint assessment, tolerance and capacity testing, and lifestyle analysis. In this phase we'll lockdown where you are, where you want to go, and how we'll get you there.

DEVELOP

Custom 1:1 training, mentorship, and education. During this stage we'll provide you with the skills, resources, and principles to achieve the goals we've set.

ASCEND

Long-term resolution of limitations or issues to break the cycle of setbacks. Here you'll achieve the ability to live your life without compromise, without fear of pain, and find renewed strength.
